Most PC'S (REPAIRS) do end up having to be removed, repaired, and returned for the same fee. We will make all availavble attempts at keeping your pc on site but this still may (in most cases) still be an offsite repair. If you are chooseing to upgrade, most of these may be done onsite.(Your Home)

We try to have all pc's returned within a reasonable time limit. If parts are needed then time needs to be added. Most cases we will call you within 24 hours to let you know the outcome and when it may be returned. No repairs will be done unless authorized by the owner in which an estimate will be given as to the actuall costs.-- IE parts and labor --
